Fine Food and Wine
Our main Restaurant, and the more intimate Wye Room offer
delicious food in peaceful surroundings for a leisurely
lunch or dinner with views onto the garden. Head Chef, Daniel
Smith, has developed a mouth watering menu using wherever
possible delicious local ingredients, and our wine list
features a wide range of wines from around the world.

Private Dining
The Wye and Derwent rooms can be taken as private dining
rooms for business entertaining or private parties from
4 to 20 guests. You can choose from our a la carte menu
or consult with us to design your very own personalised
menu. Whichever room you choose, and for whatever the occasion,
we want you relax and entertain your guests in the privacy
of your own dining room.
